5. AI Processing and Automated Systems
Some OwnerAdvisor services may use artificial intelligence, automation, structured analysis, templates, model-generated outputs, or other software-assisted processes. Information you submit may be processed by AI systems or service providers to generate reports, summaries, recommendations, questions, or other outputs.
We may use AI-related logs and outputs for quality assurance, safety monitoring, troubleshooting, product improvement, internal evaluation, and misuse prevention, subject to applicable law and our internal policies.
AI/model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and other service providers may process information on our behalf to help provide the services. We may provide additional vendor or subprocessor information where required by law, contract, or a customer's applicable rights.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Information processing by AI does not change the fact that OwnerAdvisor is a business-decision support service and not a professional advisor.
If an output contains inaccurate information about you or your business and you want to request correction, deletion, or review of that information, contact us using the privacy contact information below. We will consider the request based on applicable law, our technical capabilities, legitimate business needs, and product-safety requirements.

- measure content and campaign effectiveness;
- support affiliate/referral tracking;
- improve marketing and product decisions;
- prevent fraud and protect security.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality.
Our Cookie Policy, available at https://owner-advisor.com/cookies, provides additional information about cookies and similar technologies. We may make a cookie preference tool, privacy preference center, or similar control available. Where required by applicable law, we will seek consent before using non-essential cookies or will honor applicable opt-out signals, preference settings, or browser-based privacy controls.
If we later use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out choices required by applicable law.
Some privacy laws may require recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals or universal opt-out mechanisms where applicable and technically feasible. We will address such signals if and when required by applicable law and supported by the technologies we use.
7. How We Share Information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
Service providers and vendors:
We may disclose information to vendors, service providers, contractors, and professional advisors who help us operate, provide, secure, analyze, support, and improve OwnerAdvisor, including hosting providers, cloud storage providers, AI/model providers, analytics providers, payment processors, email platforms, form providers, customer support tools, affiliate/referral platforms, security and monitoring providers, accountants, attorneys, and consultants. These parties may access, process, or store information to perform services for us.
Payment processors:
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Affiliate, referral, partner, and marketing systems:
We may process and disclose referral codes, affiliate identifiers, conversion data, commission records, campaign data, and related tracking information to manage referral, affiliate, creator, partner, or marketing programs.
Legal, safety, and compliance:
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, government requests, enforce our Terms, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, address security issues, or protect against legal liability.
Business transfers:
If Haven is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, receivership, transition of service to another provider, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed during diligence and transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections where required.
With your direction or consent:
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or consent to sharing.
Aggregated or de-identified information:
We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you, such as website trends, product usage, or content performance.
8. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Opt-Out Choices
Haven does not intend to sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging personal information for money.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” broadly and may treat certain analytics, affiliate tracking, advertising pixels, retargeting, or marketing technologies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. If we use technologies that create such obligations, we will provide any required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Depending on applicable law and our practices at the time, you may have the right to opt out of:
- sale of personal information;
- sharing of personal information;
- targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising;
- certain profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
You may submit opt-out requests by contacting us at privacy@owner-advisor.com or using any opt-out link or preference tool we make available. If applicable law requires a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, cookie preference center, or recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will implement the required mechanism.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain records, improve products, and protect safety and security.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods, including:

- reports, intake answers, memory, and business context retained while needed to provide services, preserve continuity, support customer access, and maintain product quality;

- logs retained for security, audit, debugging, QA, abuse prevention, and product improvement purposes;
- backup copies retained for a limited period according to backup practices;
- records of privacy requests retained to verify compliance and prevent repeated misuse.
If you cancel a paid subscription, we may retain certain account, billing, report, memory, log, and business-context information unless and until it is deleted according to applicable law, our deletion process, or a retention schedule. Cancellation does not automatically delete all information.
If you request deletion, we will remove or de-identify eligible personal information within a reasonable time and according to applicable law, unless we need to retain it for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, product-safety, backup, or legitimate business reasons.
10. Data Controls and Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal information. You may also have rights to obtain a portable copy of certain information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, restrict certain processing, appeal a denial of a privacy request, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.
You may submit privacy requests by contacting us at: privacy@owner-advisor.com.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification may require information sufficient to confirm that you are the person whose information is the subject of the request or that you are authorized to act on that person’s behalf.
You may authorize another person or entity to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly where permitted.
We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where retention is needed for legal, security, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, product-integrity, audit, or operational reasons.

12. Gated Download Requests
When you request an email-gated workbook, planner, or worksheet, we use the email address you provide to send the requested download link through an email service provider. Optional marketing email is separate from the download request and requires your affirmative consent. Requesting a download does not enroll you in marketing email.
We keep privacy-minimized request records, such as a hashed email address, the requested asset, consent choice, and request time, to deliver downloads, prevent abuse, and support operational records. Your email address is provided to our email service provider as needed to deliver the requested message and, only when you affirmatively opt in, to record and manage your marketing subscription. We do not use the download request itself as marketing consent.
Download links are signed and generally expire after 72 hours. Haven request records may be retained for up to 730 days unless a different retention period is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. Provider records and suppression handling may also apply under the email service provider's practices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. To request deletion or ask about these records, contact privacy@owner-advisor.com.
13. Email Marketing
If you sign up for Monthly Business Guidance, product updates, downloads, waitlists, or other communications, we may send you educational, promotional, and transactional messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional, account, billing, security, or service-related messages where permitted by law.
14. Children and Age Limits
OwnerAdvisor is intended for adults and business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The age-13 reference above describes our compliance posture for children’s personal information. To use paid services, create an account, submit business intake information, or enter into a binding agreement with Haven, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
