Owner Advisor Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of owner-advisor.com ("OwnerAdvisor") and related websites, tools, reports, products, accounts, subscriptions, communications, and services provided by Haven Meridian, Inc. ("Haven," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

1. Lawful and Intended Use

OwnerAdvisor is intended for lawful business education and business-decision support. You may use OwnerAdvisor only in a lawful, responsible, and appropriate manner and only in accordance with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, product instructions, and any service-specific rules.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OwnerAdvisor to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right;
• submit, upload, transmit, or generate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, infringing, or malicious content;
• submit malicious code, malware, viruses, scripts, or other harmful materials;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, reverse engineer, bypass, scrape, probe, scan, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to OwnerAdvisor or related systems;
• bypass, disable, manipulate, or test safety systems, usage limits, payment controls, security controls, access controls, professional-boundary rules, or other product restrictions;
• misrepresent outputs as a licensed professional opinion, certification, attestation, official filing, formal appraisal, professional representation, or other reserved professional act;
• impersonate a licensed professional or use OwnerAdvisor to bypass requirements for a reserved professional act, emergency support, crisis services, therapy, medical care, or other services that require a qualified professional to perform the act;
• use outputs to make regulated or high-impact decisions about other people, including decisions involving employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, or other material personal status, without appropriate human and professional review;
• submit information you do not have the right to provide, including confidential third-party information, trade secrets, personal information, or regulated data without permission;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your relationship with Haven, OwnerAdvisor, an affiliate, a partner, or another user;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit OwnerAdvisor outputs, reports, guides, or materials except as expressly permitted;
• create competing products or services from Haven materials, workflows, reports, guides, outputs, or product designs;
• use OwnerAdvisor to generate spam, deceptive marketing, fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading claims, or undisclosed endorsements;
• use affiliate, referral, creator, or partner links in a deceptive, spammy, unlawful, or undisclosed manner.

3. Professional-Boundary and Out-of-Scope Use

OwnerAdvisor may discuss business-related tradeoffs that touch personal, family, household, or professional topics, and may provide substantive business guidance involving professional-domain considerations. Haven is not a licensed professional practice and does not perform reserved professional acts.

You are responsible for recognizing when a specific point, filing, certification, representation, or other reserved professional act requires a qualified professional, and for consulting that professional where warranted.

You may not intentionally prompt OwnerAdvisor to bypass professional-boundary rules, safety guidance, or out-of-scope limitations, misrepresent any output as a reserved professional act or licensed-professional relationship, or use any output as if Haven had performed a reserved professional act when it has not.

4. Affiliate, Referral, Creator, and Partner Use

Affiliates, referral partners, creators, and other partners must comply with this AUP, our Affiliate, Referral, and Sponsored Relationship Disclosure, and any affiliate or partner agreement that applies. They must clearly disclose material connections where required, avoid misleading claims, and avoid promising guaranteed business results.

5. Enforcement

If Haven believes you violated this AUP, the Terms of Use, or applicable law, Haven may take action, including warning you, limiting access, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, withholding affiliate payments where allowed by agreement, refusing service, or taking other steps we believe are reasonable under the circumstances.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
